Returns and claims

At Krull Studio you have a 100-day return right and free return shipping. Here you can read how to return, exchange or make a claim.

How long do I have to return my order?

You have a 100-day return right from the day you receive your parcel, as long as the item is in the same condition as when you received it.

How do I return my order?

Use the withdrawal link at the bottom of the page, sign in with your email, choose your order and follow the instructions. You can also write to us at andrea@krullstudio.dk with your order number, and we'll send you return instructions.

Is return shipping free?

Yes, return shipping is free.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, you can exchange free of charge within 100 days, and we also cover the shipping on your new order.

When will I get my money back?

We refund no later than 14 days after we've been notified of your return. We may, however, wait to refund until we've received the item back.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

We pack every order with great care so it arrives safely. If your parcel was nevertheless damaged on the way, or the item is faulty, please write to us at andrea@krullstudio.dk with your order number.

We always send a new item free of charge if yours is damaged or faulty. If you would rather have your money back, you can use your 100-day return right and return the item free of charge. You're also welcome to write to us, and we'll find a solution together.

Important: To help us resolve your claim as quickly as possible, please send photos of both the packaging and the damaged item as soon as your order arrives:

  • A photo of the front of the box
  • A photo of the back of the box
  • A photo of the inside of the box with the air cushions visible
  • A photo of the shipping label (clear and readable)
  • A photo of the damaged item

I received the wrong item, or something is missing

Write to us with your order number and ideally a photo, and we'll sort it out right away.
