SHIPPING

Our shipping to the US is simple:

* We ship to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C. We currently don't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or APO/FPO addresses.

PRINTED AND SHIPPED IN THE USA
Orders to the US are printed and shipped locally in the USA with UPS, so there are no customs duties or import fees. Delivery takes 2–5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

CONFIRMATION
You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been approved, and a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order is on its way to you.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You have a 100-day return right from the day you receive your parcel, as long as the item is in the same condition as when you received it. You can also exchange your item within those 100 days.

HOW TO RETURN
Return shipping is paid by the customer. Contact andrea@krullstudio.dk with your order number, and we'll send you return instructions. Returns from the US are sent to our production partner: Poster & Frame, 7260 Dean Martin Dr., Suite 500, Las Vegas, NV 89118. For exchanges, shipping on your new order is free.

We refund no later than 14 days after we've been notified of your return. We may, however, wait to refund until we've received the item back.
