SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All orders will be dispatched on normal business days, Monday to Friday. Orders are generally dispatched within 1–3 business days.

CONFIRMATION
You will receive a confirmation email after your order has been approved and a shipping confirmation as soon as your order is on its way to you.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
We offer free returns for 100 days after your purchase. Simply email andrea@krullstudio.dk and provide your order number.

Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible, and Krull Studio will refund the amount within 30 days in accordance with section 12c of the Danish Consumer Contracts Act.

Prices
Product prices exclude shipping but include Danish VAT (25%) and applicable import taxes within the EU.

Tax-free purchases outside the EU
We offer tax-free purchases for orders from non-EU countries. VAT (25% of the total price) will be deducted automatically at checkout when the shipping country is selected.

Please note that local fees, customs duties and VAT may apply depending on your region and local customs rules. These charges are your responsibility.

Krull Studio reserves the right to change the prices of products sold. The prices shown during the ordering process will remain valid throughout that transaction.

Order confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation by email shortly after placing your order.

Shipping confirmation
Your order will be dispatched within 1–3 business days from the time you place it. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. For customers outside Denmark, the shipping confirmation will include carrier and tracking information.

Delivery time
Krull Studio dispatches posters every day, and customers should expect to receive their items within 1–3 days from the day the shipping confirmation is received.

Currencies
Krull Studio cannot be held responsible for exchange-rate changes or rates applied by a bank when converting EUR to another currency.

Exchanges, returns, refunds and complaints
The customer has the right to return goods within two weeks (14 days) of receiving the item, provided that the goods are returned in the same condition and quantity as when received.

Returned goods will be inspected, and if the above conditions are met, the amount will be refunded to the customer's account.

When exercising the right to return an item, return shipping is paid by the customer. When returning an item, include the completed return form provided in the parcel. Krull Studio does not compensate for returned parcels lost in transit, so we recommend an insured shipping method with tracking. Refunds for returned products will be made as quickly as possible, no later than 30 business days after Krull Studio receives the returned products.

If you wish to exchange your order, please state which size you would like instead.

If the item you receive is defective or otherwise faulty, you have a 24-month right to make a complaint. You must notify us of the complaint within a reasonable period, in this case no later than 2 months after receiving the item.
