SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All orders are dispatched on normal business days, Monday to Friday. Your parcel will generally be dispatched within 1–3 business days.

PARCEL SHOP/HOME DELIVERY
Remember to choose whether you would like your parcel delivered to a parcel shop or directly to your home.

CONFIRMATION
You will receive a confirmation email after your order has been approved and a shipping confirmation as soon as your order is on its way to you.

PAYMENT METHODS
We accept the following cards and payment methods: Dankort, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, PayPal and MobilePay. If your card is not listed, please contact us.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
You can exchange your item free of charge within 100 days of receiving the parcel, provided that the item is in the same condition as when you received it.

HOW TO RETURN
Return shipping is free. Contact andrea@krullstudio.dk for information about returning your poster(s). In the event of an exchange, we will also cover the shipping cost of the replacement order.

Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible, and Krull Studio will refund the amount within 30 days in accordance with section 12c of the Danish Consumer Contracts Act.
